What Kind of Frames Are Used?
The Quadrum frames by Nielsen exude simple elegance with their classic profile. Clean lines and harmonious colors blend seamlessly into any environment. Each frame features edge-ground float glass, an acid-free insert, and a sturdy MDF rear panel. For an overview of the frames we offer, watch the video below.
What Are the Color Options?
The available colors are White, Black, and Oak.
What Wood Materials Are Used?
Quadrum picture frames are made in Germany from FSC®-certified wood (license code: FSC® C021405). The wood comes from sustainably managed forests that meet the criteria of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®). The Oak frames are crafted from solid wood with an oak veneer, sourced from FSC®-certified suppliers.
What Glass Materials Are Used?
The majority of the frame windows are made of edge-ground float glass with a UV filter of approximately 45%. For the extra-large sizes (A1, 60x80cm, and 70x100cm), high-quality 3mm clear acrylic is used to prevent damage during transit. The frames are also equipped with an acid-free insert and a sturdy rear panel.
What Are the Frame Dimensions?
The wood moulding dimensions are 25mm in depth and 16mm in width.
Do the Frames Come with Hanging Fixtures?
The frames feature a ‘nail hanging’ fixture on the reverse panel. Frames of all sizes are equipped with hangers for both portrait and landscape formats.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Will I Be Charged Fees at the Border?
Orders shipped to the United States, EU, and UK will not incur border charges.

How Is Shipping Calculated?
Shipping rates during fulfillment are applied as follows:
– Print delivery charges are applied per order, not per print.
– Framed delivery charges are applied per frame, not per order.
– When print-only and framed prints are combined, the shipping logic for framed items applies.
How Long Will It Take to Receive My Order?
Once your order is received, it will be produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. The total delivery time is approximately 3–15 business days, depending on your location. Please refer to the charts below for more details.

ORDERS & RETURNS
How Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Orders are processed once a day, between midnight and 2 a.m. UK time. Once the order is in production, it cannot be canceled or changed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please email me as soon as possible, and I’ll do my best to assist you.
What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in the mail, please email me pictures, and we will replace it for you free of charge.
